The Spatial Information Sciences Group of the Dublin Institute of Technology (School of Surveying and Construction Management) is very pleased to announce
Two New MSc programmes from September 2013.
MSc degree programmes are offered in
Geospatial Engineering and in Geographic Information Science in both full-time and part-time modes.
These new programmes will complement the existing part-time MSc in Spatial Information Management and full-time BSc in Geomatics.
The programmes are aimed at expanding the knowledge of graduates who have already obtained degrees in disciplines related to geospatial engineering and geographic information science. Applications are invited from graduates of Engineering, Geography, Science, Geomatics, Archaeology, Planning, Environmental Science, Computing and Information Technology but graduates of other discipline areas will be considered and are encouraged to apply.
The programme is also aimed at practitioners and professionals in the geospatial or related discipline areas who wish to expand their knowledge and qualifications in these exciting and evolving domains.
In full-time mode, the programmes are delivered over 13 months from the 3rd week in September to mid October. In part-time mode the programmes are delivered over two years.
