Teagasc PhD call 2012

Researchers are invited to propose PhDs under the Teagasc Walsh fellowship call 2012.

There are a number of areas that may be of interest to readers of this blog:

• Quantifying Carbon Sequestration in Managed Irish Grasslands
• Development of a satellite NDVI driven grass growth index and agricultural spatial land use model leading toward national monthly agricultural production maps.
• Socio-economic drivers of agricultural land use change
